As a part of EIBN activities in Europe, EIBN toured Austria by visiting three main cities: Vienna, Innsbruck, and Linz, from June 19th – 26th, 2017. The team conducted individual business consultations with Austrian associations as well as companies in order to introduce Indonesia as one of the largest markets in Southeast Asia, and how to tap into its market.

During the EIBN tour, the team also visited SNACKEX 2017 on June 21, 2017 in Vienna. SNACKEX 2017 is the only savoury snack and snack nuts event in Europe serving as the pre-eminent business meeting place for the whole industry. The team successfully introduced EIBN as one of focal point to assist European companies interested in expanding their business in Indonesia, as well presented the F&B sector potential in Indonesia together with the opportunity to exhibit at EIBN’s EU Pavilion at SIAL Interfood Jakarta 2017.
