On March 8 and 9 the EU-Indonesia Business Network (EIBN) visited Paris and Lille in their first roadshow in France. Together with the strong support of the local Chambers of Commerce, CCI Paris Île-de-France and CCI Nord de France, and BKPM, the Network conducted info-sessions that were geared towards informing French SMEs on the opportunities and challenges when entering the Indonesian market –  particularly through EIBN’s dedicated business support services.

The event offered a well-rounded dimension on Indonesia as a leading business destination, including the participation of the Indonesian ambassador to France, H.E. Dr Hotmangaradja Pandjaitan; the Indonesian Investment Board, BKPM; and company testimonials from successful European entrepreneurs with experience in the country.

Together, the events enjoyed around 70 companies who had the chance to individually met with the featured guests and speakers, who offered a clear insight and practical advice on the Indonesian economic & commercial landscapes.
