EIBN outreach activities Europe in January 2019
Starting the year, members of the EIBN team travelled from Amsterdam to Rimini and from Bratislava to Lyon. EIBN promoted the Indonesian food and beverage industry, and visited related trade fairs in order to inform the EU participants about their opportunities in the Indonesia market.
During the events, the EIBN team has conducted several meeting with the EU participants to promote the upcoming EU Pavilion at Food & Hotel Indonesia in June 2019.

Horecava Amsterdam, 10 January 2019
Horecava is a trade fair for catering professionals in the foodservice industry. It was the 63th edition of the show in 2019. The trade fair attracted 71,000 visitors and displayed 250 new products and services, including the vegan and food waste businesses.
SIGEP Rimini, 21-22 January 2019
The event is dedicated to professional operators in Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery, Chocolate and Coffee, the trade show was already in its 40th year. More than 200,000 visitors attended the trade fair, and there were 1,250 exhibitors occupying 129,000 square metres of expo center.
Danubius Gastro Bratislava, 24 January 2019
Danubius Gastro trade fair focused on gastronomy and hotel industry. 394 exhibitors took part in the fair, exhibitors were from Slovakia, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, and other European countries. The show provided competitions, culinary shows, discussions, and representations of various chefs, bakers, confectioners, baristas, and winemakers.
Sirha Lyon, 28-29 January 2019
Sirha Lyon trade fair attracted 207,930 visitors including chefs and professionals. It was participated by business operators in the sector of kitchen/dining/hotel equipment, agrofood, bakery/pastry/confectionery, food services etc. In total, there were 2,984 exhibitors took part in 12 sector categories of the exhibition.
